My home is colonial country and this fixture is great for our dining room table. We love it!

I live on a lake and the kitchen dinning area faces east with three large windows. My ceiling are not high and my goal was to add the chandelier and not take away from the view. This chandelier does all of that. It allows for nice lighting and of course it is on a dimmer. The actual weight is light but when it is hanging you do not see it as being inexpensive. I have just remodeled my entire kitchen and opened up wall to the living room and dinning room so the chandlier is visiable from both rooms. It blends beautifully. I may buy another one for my dinning room. This company held up their agreement for free shipping. I tired to buy this from another company that offered free shipping and when it came down to it they call me and wanted to charge me 120.00 in shipping charges. Very, very, very Happy.
