Bought 2 of these pendants to go over the island in my kitchen. They are beautiful! Love the pierced stem detail. Couldn't find anything else as nice - especially for the price!! Only wish there were more finish options; I needed satin or brushed nickel and the only options were chrome and oil rubbed bronze. I chose the chrome and used a heat resistant satin nickel spray paint to dull the finish.

Why can't you use school house pendant lights in the bathroom? A:The reason this particular pendant can not go in the bathroom is that it will rust, in time. A way around that is maybe to go for an outdoor pendant, such as item #682152g. I know the style is a bit different, but you can also search "Outdoor Pendant" for others that may be closer.

Can this be accommodated to a vaulted bedroom ceiling? A:Yes this can be on a vaulted ceiling up to a 45 degree angle. It is on a swival from the canopy.
