Tthe item i rec'd was not as pictured - it had a cone-shaped canopy on the top. The glass had a number of imperfections (bubbles, lumps) and a small crack. Lighting Universe was fantastic about the return, paid for return shipping, though I did lose the cost of initial shipping to me.

I received the pendents in a timely manner, although they were less than perfect. The 2 out of the 3 pendents had several glass bubbles on the shade and are backordered until May - very disappointing.

For what we paid, these pendants are very nice looking and good size for larger rooms with long drops. Standard light bulb makes for cheap replacements.
