I LOVE this pendant! If doing a do-it-yourself installation, it is complex, however, once the first one is installed, it goes pretty quickly. The pendant is beautiful, sparkly, and feels ultra extravagant. The Refrax line is a great way to get the Schonbek look at an affordable price...especially the clear crystals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Other than having to purchase additional required items, I love the fixture... the company should be clear about having to order the canopy and power source.
