A very good-looking lamp. We got 3. Quality appears to be fine. I had no trouble following the instructions and getting them installed. But... the manufacturer put little plastic sleeves inside the tubes, presumably to reduce chafing of the wire. Unfortunately this made it impossible to thread the wire through the tube. I had to remove the little sleeves before I could get the wire through the tubes. But once installed, these are very attractive pendants.
