We live in Quebec and decided to order here because of the wide range of choices and value. We did run into one little snag in that some key parts were missing from the delivery (which we had to drive across the border and pick up). But after a day of haggling with customer service, it was worked out with the manufacturer to ship the missing parts at no extra charge directly to our home address.

All in all, we'll be ordering from here quite often!

Excellent table. Ordered the matching end tables and still waiting for them to be shipped from the manufacturers with no response. It has been 1.5 months. A+ for the product I received (the coffee table) and an F- on the shipping (still waiting for both end tables. The web site says that they were available for shipping first week of October and here we are working on the second week of November. I placed my order back in September. Its hard to rate ATG on this one as the manufacturer tends to keep you waiting with no response. Do you wait for a very good product that is an eye catcher and deal with the aggravation of not receiving it in a timely fashion, or do you go with the second choice?

Bottom shelf is too small for the frame and the screw holes does not match.

The coffee table that I ordered arrived in a timely manner, very little
trouble putting in together. One hole was not precisely matched. I am getting many compliments on the table even from my oldest and most critical daughter. I would highly recommend your company.
